Before You Write
Here's the kind of thing I'm happy to hear about. Depending on your question, checking the relevant page first may get you an answer faster.
- Bug reports — "It won't load," "my save disappeared," and the like. It helps a lot if you mention your device (PC/phone), your browser, and which game and moment the problem happened in — that makes tracking down the cause much quicker.
- Feedback and requests — features you'd like added, anything that felt awkward to play. I use it to guide future updates.
- Work inquiries — requests or questions about game development, writing, and similar. Please include a short summary and how to reach you.
- About site content — corrections to articles, notes about assets or rights, and so on.
For how-to-play and strategy questions, each game page has a "How to Play" and "FAQ" section, and there are strategy write-ups over on the blog. Have a look there too.
Response Times
Since I run this on my own, replies can take anywhere from a few days to about a week. I may not be able to respond to everything, but I do read every message. Bug reports get worked into fixes over time whether or not I reply directly.
